X-ray generator – microfocus

For certain applications, it is necessary to detect minute structures via X-ray. Our microfocus X-ray generators in conjunction with microfocus X-ray tubes can generate extremely high-resolution images. They enable measurements in the micrometer range and even smaller. For instance, detection of the smallest inclusions/anomalies, is possible. From the technical perspective, our microfocus X-ray generator is structured differently than a conventional generator. The X-ray beam can be adequately bundled within the tube, in order to achieve the necessary size and thus accuracy in focussing for your measurement or inspection application.
